By visiting FUN ONCHAIN (the "Site"), creating an account or using any of our features, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age at which you can legally enter a binding agreement where you live, whichever is higher.

FUN ONCHAIN is a directory and community hub for Web3 and onchain games. We list games, quests and events, let signed-in users save games and submit finds, and award Fun Points for taking part.

We are an information service. We do not operate the games we list, we do not hold your funds, and we do not ask you to connect a wallet to browse the Site.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. A listing, quest, event or leaderboard position is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, mint or play anything.

Blockchain games and digital assets can be volatile and you can lose money. Always do your own research and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Games, websites, wallets, contracts and events on the Site belong to third parties. We are not responsible for their content, security, availability or terms.

We label listings as Verified, Unconfirmed or Demo to show how far our team has checked them against the official source. A label is a guide, not a guarantee. Information can change or be wrong, so check the official source before you act on it, and be careful with any link that asks you to sign a transaction or share a seed phrase. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.

To use signed-in features you need an account. You agree to:

• give accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep your password secure and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission;
• keep to one account per person; and
• be responsible for everything done through your account.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings or by contacting us.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• submit false, misleading, spam or scam listings, or links to malicious or phishing sites;
• use bots, scripts, multiple accounts or other tricks to farm Fun Points or manipulate the leaderboard;
• scrape the Site at a rate that harms it, or try to bypass rate limits or security;
• probe, attack or disrupt the Site, its servers or other users; or
• harass, impersonate or abuse other people.

When you submit a game, tip or any other content, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of what you submit.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, edit for clarity and publish your submission on the Site and in our channels, for as long as it is listed. We may review, edit, label, reject or remove any submission at our discretion.

Fun Points are a recognition feature of the Site. They are not money, a security or a digital asset, and they cannot be sold or transferred. Any value we attach to points, including any conversion rate we publish, is set by us, is not guaranteed and may change or end at any time.

We decide how points are earned and may change, adjust, reset or remove points, including where we suspect abuse or error. Nothing about Fun Points is a promise of any airdrop, token, prize or future benefit. Any reward that is announced separately will have its own rules.

The Site, its design, the FUN ONCHAIN name, the duck mascot and our original content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Game names, logos and artwork shown in listings belong to their owners and are used only to identify those games. You may not copy or reuse our branding or content without written permission.

We work to keep the Site running but do not promise it will always be available, accurate or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, and we may update listings, quests, events and points without notice.

We may suspend or close an account, remove content or restrict access if you break these terms, put the Site or other users at risk, or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of funds, digital assets, profits, data or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Site or from games, links, events or people you find through it. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules where you live say otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, give a notice on the Site. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
